About

Overview

My career has followed a consistent thread: storytelling, production, and people.I began in live, audience-facing work as a dance instructor, leading groups, breaking down complex ideas in real time, and designing experiences that kept people engaged and coming back. That early work shaped how I think about communication, clarity, and human connection — lessons that carried into everything that came after. From there, I moved into narrative media and post-production, where performance, tone, and editorial judgment became central to my work. Over time, that foundation expanded into game development, where I worked as an Audio Director shaping narrative tone, directing performance, and managing large volumes of content inside interactive production pipelines. That experience deepened my understanding of cross-disciplinary collaboration and how creative systems operate at scale.Alongside that, I’ve managed studio environments and creative production spaces, building workflows and supporting teams in fast-moving settings where both creative sensitivity and operational clarity are essential.Across all of these spaces — live programs, media production, game development, and studio leadership — the throughline has been helping creative ideas become real in a way that’s organized, thoughtful, and human-centered. Whether the environment is digital, physical, or somewhere in between, I focus on building processes that make good work possible.

How I Work

Creative work needs structure to scale.I tend to operate where vision meets execution. I’m comfortable in the space between creative teams and the practical realities that make projects succeed — timelines, logistics, communication, and systems. My role is often to help ideas move from concept to something that’s actually deliverable.I care about clarity. That means clear expectations, clear feedback, and clear processes that let people focus on doing good work instead of fighting the workflow. I’ve spent years in environments where the pace is real and the stakes are high, so I’ve learned how to keep things moving without letting quality slip.I’m used to working across disciplines. Designers, engineers, performers, producers, clients, students — different roles need different kinds of communication. Part of my job is translating between those perspectives and making sure everyone is aligned on the goal.I also value environments where people feel comfortable doing strong work. Creative standards matter, but so does sustainability. I try to build workflows that are organized without being rigid, structured without being stifling. When people understand the process, they can focus on the craft.Whether the setting is a studio, a post-production pipeline, or a live program, my focus stays the same: make the process reliable, keep communication honest, and help the end result feel intentional. For me, it’s always the same thread — storytelling, systems, and people working together.

Work

This is a look at the kinds of environments I’ve worked in and the roles I tend to play within them. My work often lives at the intersection of creative direction, production structure, and the systems that keep projects moving.

Narrative & Audio Production

Much of my career has centered on narrative media shaped through performance, tone, and editorial judgment. This includes directing voice work, defining tonal frameworks, and maintaining quality across large volumes of content in fast-moving production environments. In game development, I’ve worked as an Audio Director within interactive pipelines, collaborating closely with design and production teams to support storytelling at scale.

Visual Post & Color Work

Case Study: Löffler Online Shop Launch

I worked on a multi-month sprint supporting the launch of Löffler’s online shop, focusing on compositing and color grading product photography to accurately represent a wide range of fabric options. The goal was consistency, realism, and trust — ensuring customers could rely on the visual presentation of materials when shopping online. This work required careful attention to lighting continuity, texture, and color accuracy across large sets of product variations.

Studio & Production Leadership

I’ve spent years managing creative studio environments, overseeing scheduling, client sessions, technical operations, and team workflows. This role sits at the intersection of logistics, people management, and creative standards — making sure projects move smoothly from planning through delivery. This experience shaped how I think about production systems: good work depends on clear processes, healthy communication, and environments people can rely on.

Live & Community Work

Alongside media production, I’ve led live programs and built audience-driven environments. This includes facilitating group experiences, designing structured programs, and working in settings where engagement, clarity, and retention matter. This work deepened my understanding of how people learn, participate, and connect — something that informs how I approach collaboration and storytelling in every environment.

A Throughline

Across media, studios, games, and live spaces, the common thread in my work is helping creative ideas become real in a way that’s organized, thoughtful, and human-centered. Whether the setting is digital or physical, my role tends to be the same: support the vision, build the structure, and help the work move forward.
